I don’t mind pathfinder. Would rather have pathfinder than lock flying behind gold. Much rather infact.

If you figure how much time you need to unlock Pathfinder it adds up to about a Month so roughly 1 WoW token soooooooooo roughly 100,000 gold going by the AH prices.

They intentionally gated the Tortollan and Champions of Azeroth reps to make them take longer to increase play time.

Would rather have pathfinder than pay 20 dollars to buy a token. Again, I dont have a lot of time to farm gold, so 100k is A LOT for me. Would much rather have pathfinder than gold cost. Not everyone has copious amounts of gold and would rather not spend it on flying and earn it. I never had my epic mount in vanilla, I never had epic flying im BC ( didnt play others until very end of legion). I suck at earning gold.

I fundamentaly disagree that pathfinder shows any negative emotions to players, the opposite infact.

Now you want to make an argument that you should be able to buy with gold or earn pathfinder, I can get behind that. Why would I be against something that doesnt effect me :).

You really have to be extremely lazy to not be able to easily navigate a world with 6+ flight-points per zone and a 5 min whistle.

Most camped flight points are ones for people trying to farm Tortollan and CoA rep. Easiest honor I have ever gotten in this game lol

I’ve done all of the content on a few characters now. I’ve played their game on the ground. Now I want to explore it and have fun with all of my flying mounts.

I did as they asked. So why am I still gated?

Pathfinder Part One is fine. It gets them their goal of “run our zones on the ground and do the content on the ground.”

Part Two is just ridiculous.

Part 2 will probably be my breaking point to unsub until the next expansion if they require it in this expansion. It is just a sign of lazy development philosophy to force up play times.
