Ok Blizz, just how long are these issues going to persist?

Guild banks: broken for 4 months.
UI: broken since last patch.
Crippling lag in cities and at profession tables: well over a month.
Disappearing reputation bars: broken since launch.
Loot not looting even when set to auto-loot: broken since launch.
There are more but this is enough for now. I’m not one of those “you owe us restitution” people nor am I unaware of how difficult coding is, but dear God this expansion (actually pretty enjoyable in most aspects) has been the absolute worst since I’ve been playing (17 years+) in terms of technical ineptitude, lack of communication and actually addressing issues. I realize you fired your Q/A staff, but can’t we dip into those billions and do something to make this game playable?

see, I have not experienced any of these issues, except for the loot issue. but it’s also so minor it’s not a big deal. 1 in every 100 or so loots i have to click it all.

Guys they are taking the servers down for maintenance every Tuesday. This means all of the bugs are being fixed in a (more than) timely fashion.

Maybe those items are just lost? This was part of their explanation, in case you missed it.

I hear you man. I bought a name change 3 weeks ago yeah? October the 12th I think.
Well the service did not go through, but the name change token was used.
Character did not get renamed. Token was used. But character now has “Error” by their name.
The error vanishes in what appears to be an 8 hour cycle only to reappear like a ghost later.
The GMs told me not to play the character. I have not.
The GMs put a character transfer service on my account for $0.00.
The GMs removed said character transfer service later, only to put another one on the account when the issue returned.

Three weeks now I have not played my Shaman while waiting for them to fix it.
Still waiting. Wait time on the new ticket said “10 Min” this morning. Now it says “Unavailable”.
Orlyia said that these tickets are being put into a “Holding Queue”.

I wonder when I can play my Shaman again, or if I’ll lose out on it this expansion.
Same exact error manifested in MoP before and they had to delete my Shaman permanently the last time. The only consolation is that my Shaman can warp to the old dungeons thanks to my Paladin and Warlock also doing CMs.

To this date, across 4 tickets the GMs still have not told me ‘how’ this happened, ‘why’ it happened, and ‘when’ I can reasonably expect a fix. They say they can’t go into details on what is happening on their end. I would of thought they would at least disclose some basic facts to me, the account holder; but to date they have not. All they say is that an issue occurred, I’m not the only one it affected, it’s not my fault, and that they expect a fix soon as it’s a ‘high priority’. It sure doesn’t feel like one.

Plus side, the icon of the error gear, got an update last patch!

Really want to play my Shaman.

The only issue the annoys me right now is the title one. A few of the new ones I got keep getting reset and I earn them again every time I log in.

No, it seems not to be yours. I’ve read the post but received nothing at all in the mail. Not one item from the bank. They claim they’ve restored what they can, but I’ve gotten zero.

Guild banks were fixed.

What exactly is broken? Mine works fine.

I had a problem with them being weirdly combined, but that was fixed.

Same. That and guild bank. I don’t know anything about the rest of these.

Wondering if OP needs to do a full UI reset and cache deletion.

You aren’t getting anything back. That data is gone.

Because the data is gone. That’s irrelevant to the fix.

No one is doing this. OP was given accurate information on the guild bank issues being fixed.

Returning our lost items is entirely separate from fixing it so that this doesn’t happen again.
