Oil of Beledar's Grace broken?

I had a raid night tonight and for the first time used Rank 3 Oil of Beledar’s Grace. I was excited to use something new and better than my Buzzing Rune from last season and I was very disappointed. I’m wondering if something is not functioning correctly, either the item effect in game or the Details addon, or anything else that may explain why every time I reviewed a fight (I only reviewed a handfull of them) it only contributed 0.2% of my healing–Consistantly!

Each fight was at least several minutes long. I was doing about 1 million HPS. A mix of indirect healing and direct healing. 0.2%

Can anybody share their own experience with this consumable?

it’s just quite underwhelming, use algari oil instead.

I think it’s broken (not in the good way) it has a “chance” of adding a 20k heal whereas the old chirping rune has a “high chance” of adding a 120k heal. So i think blizz f’d up.

I just noticed this and was trying to find info about it. Haven’t done a comparison yet because I haven’t healed other than with a shammy (earthliving weapon, lol)

I tried the Chirping Rune tonight and it’s contributing about 1.2% of my total healing. Meaning, I think, it’s better than all the other runes and oils we currently have access to.
