Oh woah, how about that Vulpera quest

You know, the one in which they give you the totem? :slightly_smiling_face:

The totem that, for lack of a better term, inflates enemies to be a larger size? :slightly_smiling_face:

You know, the Enlarging Totem? I wonder where the Vulpera got something like that. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Haha.

Ha. :open_mouth:

:hushed:

My question is, now that we’ve proven such things exist, why aren’t we using them constantly to solve the food shortages that seem to grip the Alliance and Horde recently with so many people called to war and off their farms and ranches?

You’re logic-ing too hard for the poor writers of WoW.

I will not apologise for asking the writers to stick to their own damn lore.

Seriously, it is not hard, especially when you’ve got a giant building and top of the line computers with all those backups to store your records in. Nobody is expecting you to keep pedantic levels of stuff, but at least remembering your own plot-hooks and keeping the lore roughly contiguous is expected.

That said, with the end of the Warchief I want to see Peons being treated a lot better than they are, especially after the Vulpera brought to light that under Sylvanas, at least, they were under-equipped and forced to work under horrific conditions.

What makes a Peon a Peon anyways? I’ve heard everything from the Peons being those who failed at their coming-of-age trials and were so inept all they were good for was brute labour, to them being mentally retarded due to a side-effect of dozens of generations being forcibly aged up and exposed to crippling amounts of Fel energy by the Old Horde Warlocks, meaning that there’s a big risk to all Green-skinned Orcs that your kid could come out into the world, through nobody’s fault, and be condemned to being a Peon no matter what.

Like seriously, give us that story of the Orc family that struggles to make sure their Peon child is loved within their ranks, with Gurthruk Skullstomper and Mag’thara the Dragon-Slayer making a huge effort to make sure Dunk, mover of stuff, doesn’t feel like a failure next to them at the family dinner while their parents try to explain to Dunk’s children that their father serves the Horde just as nobly as their aunt and uncle.
