After the most recent patch, one of the cloaks in my inventory, Archivist’s Elegant Bag. Orginal it looked like a traditional backpack with gold trim and some tools. After the patch, it looks like a tacky tube sock with tools hanging out. I would have never bought the item in the first place if that was the intial look and design. I’m requesting that this item please be removed from my account and that the game currency that was used to purchase also be refunded. I could care less about the latter but the attempt should be made.
In the future unless there is something completely wrong in the way the model was constructed or issues with the texturing, do not change these kind of things for no reason without letting the customers know. It comes off as a very disrespectful to customers. As I stated before if the Archivist’s Elegant Bag looked like the hacky tacky tube sock mess it is now, I wouldn’t have spent the time to get it. I would collect other things and moved on. But since someone for whatever reason thought it would look better, here we are. Fix it and never let it happen again.
