If u die in the first pull, brann leaves.
If ur spec is the wrong one, brann leaves
if ur class is the wrong one, brann leaves
if ur race is the wrong one, brann leaves.
If u step in the web, brann leaves and call you several slurs
He is also not playing with you if you are from “that” realm
If u buy a wow token, brann carries you and complete the dung… i mean, Delve!

Only the new overcharged delves are getting these. You can still do normal and bountiful delves without any changes.

Isn’t it reasonable for good rewards to have at least some difficulty attached to the event that rewards it though? You can still faceroll regular delves the way you do now.

They’re going to give you another AI companion barker that just stands their and insults your performance on every pull, just like M+.

That’s how it works, harder content gives better rewards
Tier 11 delves gives better loot than Tier 4 delves

I think its kind of ironic that they are adding mechanics to Delves that all but annihilated Mythic+. Do they ever learn from their mistakes? Im also willing to bet that there will also be some over the top reward attached to doing it that no one or only the top 1% will ever even see. Delves were in such a good spot and Blizzard goes and does what they do best and screw it all up. They really scr**** the pooch with the new Mythic+ system and now they do this? There are more than enough things to fix rather than “trying to improve” delves. I dont know, i think its a wasted effort.

They were always created as a gateway to group content.
If they had truly been solo content, they would have been single player only and your character could have soloed them instead of needing a computerized companion.

To understand this truth is to understand the hatred one should feel towards everyone who refers to themselves as casual.
I was there myfwyc. I was there a thousand years ago when the casual first emerged in tbc. When they screamed heroic dungeons were to hard… I watched as heroic was slowly destroyed to be made into normal to appease them only to scream when mythic appeared.
Its a fundamental truth of wow that casuals can not cope with people doing content they can not. So they will raise arms against this new mode. It is simply the way of things.

Because it will set a precedence as to how future Delves will be designed. Delves are in a great spot because its not a Mythic Tier Activity. If they tune them too high and allow a full party to do them they will all but replace Mythic+ as “Required” content for gearing. Thats why they dont offer Myth track gear. I am ok with delves not offering Myth track gear as well. It would become another barrier for entry, something that killed Mythic+. Just take a flash back to when people were complaining about how Delves killed the Mythic+ population.

If only delves followed that.
Imagine conflicting “harder” with “let’s just take the lazy way out as usual and whack on affixes because we’re creatively bankrupt”.
No issues with harder challenges giving better gear, I do have a problem with the continual M+ification of the game because they’re out of original ideas.

There is no way to actually make selves harder because you have to balance around all class/specs.
Considering how easy delves currently are they really are over rewarding.

I don’t think delves will have the associated drama M+ experiences since its solo. We will probably hear complaints about difficulty though.
