That 45 second CD triggers a talent that makes your next VT instant and deal more damage up front than MB and with Misery you get two dots. Plus I think dispelling VT comes with consequences.

Don’t forget horror and silence both have a 45 sec CD. So you can protect the dots for target swap
I don’t want to be troll but a nerf to the ground is expected when SL comes live. I doubt these new features ship to live

As you’ve noted in the beta forums, the 0% healing is a confirmed mistake.
Even after changes. Damage is still high. It is annoying tho not getting the heals from them. Hell I say hit us again
