So 10.1.7 datamining shows that the next vanilla instance coming back to the game will be Scarlet Monastery! Just as OG Scholomance was added in 10.1.5.
EDIT: Just speculation but I would start farming a Scarlet Tabard right now as that may be required for the unlock and has a 2% drop chance (sorta like Scholomance with the Toy).

I’m hoping Sunken Temple or UBRS next (no offense to Deadmines but aside from the bosses the layout is the same compared to ST and UBRS which were butchered).

They kept everything in Scholomance the same (aside from a toy being added inside the instance behind Vectus), so I would assume so.
Ya, aside from the layout and nostalgia, you can still get the scarlet mail and plate transmog from paying 15k at the Darkmoon Fair if you have the tabard equipped.
BUT it does have the Corrupted Ashbringer RP puts on tinfoil hat. Now I wonder if we will be doing something with Azmournes Corrupted Ashbringer from Time Rifts giving us the apperance.
