What are your favorite zones to quest and explore in this terrifying tundra of the undead? I’d love to hear them!
Dragonblight and Storm Peaks. Love those two zones.
B-but… How can you see them?
Honestly I love Grizzly Hills, especially the music. It’s just so strangely comforting.
Grizzly Hills and Scholazar Basin. Never liked the rest of the zones.
For exploring, Storm Peaks. For questing, I enjoyed the death knight quests in Zul’Drak and Ice Crown and the conflict between the Oracles and Frenzyheart tribe in Sholazar Basin. For scenery, Grizzly Hills.
First time going through Northrend it was Sholazar and Storm Peaks. On alts I always looked forward to Grizzly Hills.
My skull is full of felfire. Do you think I need to see the cold north to enjoy it?
The best part was facing jaraxxus Eredar lord of the Burning Legion.
I see what you mean.
ha.
Get it?
…You monster.
Sorry, sorry.
Eye must apologize.
ha. ha.
I was a big fan of Sholzar Basin (spelling?) and Ice Crown.
Storm Peaks was really fun too.
Note how no one says Borean Tundra.
Because that place sucks Thrall’s balls.
I laughed way to hard at this ![]()
I don’t hate it but I don’t particularly love it. For me it’s the Hellfire of Northrend. I’ve done it so many times I can just breeze through it without paying much attention.
There are parts of Borean Tundra I like – the Taunka Village and the Kalu’ak areas are cool. …But those stupid Nerubians and that stupid Horde starting point and ghghghhh kobolds.
They ruin it.
Ah you mean boring tundra
Howling Fjord and Stormpeaks are my favorite.
