This is actually going to make CC matter more. The 3rd micro CC messed with DR resets. This change means longer duration CCs will be more common now with the immunity at 3.

Yep. You can 6/3s poly into a 5s stun (rotated with team) to literally keep the healer CCd for 14/16s of a dr now pretty easily.

Rmp gonna be INSANE.
