Odd Visual Glitch (Classic)

I have noticed that around the upper middle of the screen, that the ground tends to have a visual glitch, something like the textures vibrating,rumbling, not staying still. This only occurs when my character is moving. I tried messing with most of the ingame settings to see if I can fix it but nothing seems to have worked. I use classic settings for the graphics with vsync and other certain changes. I can link the changes ingame if you wish.
