When did Honor Hold in Outlands get a broken keep near the front and a head on a spike sitting in the middle of it?
They were not here for me last month but I have since entered both Draenor and Legion.
Does anyone know when in the story they appear and why? And who the head belongs to? Links welcome as I am always happy to read stories.

Someone probably did the quest to turn in Magtheridon’s head. It makes those changes for awhile afterwards and gives a zone wide buff if you are in zone during the turn in.
They weren’t there? The keep out front has always been destroyed. It’s not from a quest, it’s just naturally like that. Lazy builders won’t fix it.
The head is from Magtheridon, the raid boss in Hellfire. He drops it as a quest item to turn in, but I think the head on the spike appears for awhile even if someone else turns it in…I’m not really sure on the rules. Anyways, demon head. Decorative!

Both the head on the spike and the zone-wide (and HFC-wide) buff to Honor Hold rep appear for everyone for awhile. (A few hours, I think?)
