On this toon, I have completed all the leveling campaign, the end game campaign and the Hallowfall story achievement. I can not find quest givers to start the quest Odd Ball in Dornogal.
On an 3 separate alts alt:
(1) I have the end game and the hallowfall achieve done, and was able to see and find this quest chain.
On (2) I don’t have the end game done, but I was able to get this done too. I have not quested in Hallowfall.
On (3) I have not completed end game, I did quest and complete Hallowfall.
It seems that on my main, I can not see or find or start this quest line, but on alts I can.
I am trying to get the Hallowfall transmogt set, but this wont load for a cloth wearer.
What am I missing here?
