They do have those systems , but it’s simply not worth the cost and resources to implement for an oceanic region with such a tiny player base.
And that’s exactly where the issue is friend.
It’s simple really, blizzard is a company. They only ever make decisions if it’s beneficial for the company and shareholders as a whole. The issue you’re talking about is not that unfortunately.
A multi billion dollar company that can provide oceanic players with an optimal experience.

The funny thing is that even if you block someone so their posts read “Ignored content”, you still see the post in its entirety when you attempt to quote that post.
That means you not only had to see the post, but then you had to manually delete and re-type “Ignored content” in its place to make that quip.
Which defies the “lol didn’t read” implication.

He (and everyone else) was recently unbanned in commemoration of the end of Shadow Strike, and he immediately began filling the server with Third Reich content.
Truly, we are lucky to have such a conscientious and representative leader of the Oceanic community. Probably doesn’t want to leave Shadow Strike just because he likes the acronym.
