1.GDKP ban being carried over after its absolute failure in SOD is a huge mistake economy will still be inflated and you’ve taken away any incentive to raid on more than 1 character and removed all kinds of flexibility to raid for people.
2.Opening transfers from OCE servers mainly what you did to swamp of sorrows and shadowstrike has now set a precedent that all future oce servers will die which has now resulted in players no longer utilizing OCE as a region.
I warned you about this prior to doing this to swamp of sorrows , shadowstrike and now maladath is also essentially dead due to your negligence and i truly hope you realize how badly you’ve screwed our region for future iterations of wow.
You’ve yet to implement any kind of workable solution for the oceanic region to ensure we are able to have a healthy populated server.
3.Anniversary realms on a 1 year cycle but leaving 40 man loot drops unchanged as if it was on a full cycle which i believe was 2 or 3 years (Correct me if im wrong) is beyond a MAJOR oversight.
4.Not implementing good / well received changes to the anniversary realms was another failure on your part.
5.Capping PVP ranks like you did in SOD and releasing r14 with AQ was a mistake that was pointed out prior to SOD even being launched stop capping pvp ranks and let people play the game how they want.
Blame the oce players demanding the server on Twitter. Blizzard gave them what they asked for. Everyone here said that was a dumb idea but it’s too late now. Most oce players that went through this before rolled on the nightslayer server anyways.
Not like OCE already knew the writing was on the wall with the last minute announced OCE server that was hard stuck as PvP. Most of us ALREADY KNEW it was a sinking ship the moment people starting crying about it.
imagine blaming the OCE community for the lack of an RP server.
It’s not like Blizzard had a hard cap of four servers that they could spin up, and it’s not like the people who asked for the OCE server have all ‘abandoned’ it.
The server feels just fine to me, I’ve managed to find groups for most dungeons just fine, I’ve had a reasonable number of PvP interactions while mining RTVs in Winterspring.
And there’s no where near as many bots if the complaints on the forums are anything to go off.
Vanilla through TBC was 27 months. TBC was delayed a bit.
I would be fine with them increasing the drop rate, no issue there.
That said raids today are full clearing up to AQ on the first attempt and capable of clearing up to 15/15 Naxx with some guidance. Your typical raid guild was still working on BWL when TBC dropped - it is sort of apples and oranges to compare them as far as gearing from raid drops goes and the time available.
thought blizz wanted to stop people living in dungeons? now the meta gameplay to make gold is you sit in a dungeon all day SOLO or boost people’s alts rather than raiding with 39 others and being part of a community.
I went Dreamscythe instead of Maladath solely because I knew this was going to happen. Announcing OCE only a day or two before launch when major guilds and people already decided on where else to roll meant Maladath was dead from the start.
Electing to play on Anniversary servers rather than Classic Era is likely the bigger mistake here.
You are voting more with your playtime than some forum post.
Yeah, that was a poor precedent to set.
Meh… I could go either way on this, but I don’t think it matters much tbh. Again though, if you elected to play on the Anniversary servers, then… that’s your vote.
