Because all servers, not just OCE have this problem. It’s reset day, where the game has the highest traffic at any given time of the week.
Server still laggy af daily
Lag hit us extremely hard tonight while raiding. It resulted in a wipe.
Increased price means worse servers. Isn’t that how things work?

Yeah, Oceanic servers could use some love with hardware upgrades. They keep adding features and use the same old servers.
Really bad atm, right now as I write this which is why I’m here.
It’s very similar to the start of a DDOS except the in game latency meters report a steady ping of around 30-35 ms.
This has been an issue for all players. Blizzard never addressed sharding lag because they lost massive numbers in bfa, so sharding lag wasn’t that much of an issue anymore.
FN sad they can’t hold a Epic BG without getting massive lag for all players.
It’s what happens when they pocket all the money and don’t put anything back into the hardware.
