does blizzard think the Australian Consumer Law does not apply to them? legit I will sue and be getting my money back if they force OCE arena to play with over 100 ms… or yeah just go to a game where the company actually cares about the game… like final fantasy online or w.e

You realise they led us to believe we would have an OCE battlegroup (as we have ALL of classic) and then pulled the rug out AFTER many had purchased said $104 edition right? Do you think that is an above board business practice?

I’m also curious. Do we have any grounds to stand on in terms of legal battle? We paid for a product/service - example I paid and have spent time playing my character thinking I would be paying and playing complete australian servers, and now theyve ghost patched this in? So after I’ve paid - you now tell me i’m playing on us servers? Are you cants serious?

You should know Actiblizzions business practices well enough by now and should have expected nothing less.
Would still be glad if they made oce have its own battle group.

Hi, I don’t mind this move for battlegrounds which are a bit more casual, but in arena ping is going to be a huge deal in a very competitive setting so I really think oceanic realms need to be isolated for arena at the very least.
