OCE servers all transfer locked?

Why are all the oceanic servers transfer locked? Is it bugged from the new patch or something?

Edit: I’ve seen nothing since this post to say they have been enabled again, so I assume they are still locked due to whatever issue they were having.

Hm, ok.

I assumed it was a bug due to the LUA error window popping up. Been over 10 days now and heard nothing. My guild transferred over the holiday period and when I came back from holidays this was put in place. So looks like I’ll miss out on week 1 ulduar. Pretty frustrating.

edit: after looking into it more apparently it was a pvp exploit with Americans transferring into OCE servers? So why are they not unlocked again? The pvp season is over and r1/glad titles have been handed out. Zero reason for them to continue to be locked.
