Yeah, at least the semi-gated/limited ones that you can target. 
Like I said; eventually nothing to do with vault if you don’t actively pve, so I grab tokens to exchange for crests which let me upgrade them.
There’s also the hourly time portal thingies but I think that caps at normal.

i used my vault reward on wyrm tokens so now i have 3 of 4 wyrm tokens. guess i gotta go farm some rares for drakes and then find some other way to get the last wyrm token
I bought a run through dawn of the infinite.
Turns out I didn’t even need crests because my elite shoulders apply towards the crest discount even though I swear pvp gear isn’t supposed to

I really don’t understand how we don’t even have an official answer about this sword with almost 1k comments on this post, I also don’t understand why this design wasn’t added, they already had it made and in the game, it was simply creating an item that would give that appearance , it’s sad that I made up to Legend and can’t get this elite color variant of Ashkandur
