Anyone else here not get the item/mogs added after hitting 2.5k?

Threw up a report in bugs but I doubt anyone from Blizzard will ever respond anyway.

Last I heard the 2k token was bugged too, unless that was fixed.

This was just hotfixed but I still don’t know how to get the item since it hasn’t been retroactively granted yet.

The reward is not transmog options, not items. It is a minor, likely unnoticeable effect on the current tier set. The Abberus tier set. Just like last season.

Yep never got mine either, really don’t like the mythic glow, so want to use heroic version instead.
I raised a ticket, and was just told to raise a bug lol

Hit 2.5k score and didn’t get my Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone as well.

Wonder when they will fix it.

Just to update everyone, I did get a (really good, somewhat longwinded) ticket response saying that this is a current known issue and they are working on it now.

Hopefully we’ll get our stones/appearances soon.

If only they had a way to test this stuff…both reward unlocks for 2k/2.5k was just bug infested.

Yeah.

I’m not super mad or anything. The annoyance comes mostly from last season’s reward being bugged during the same timeframe.

Third time is a charm, I suppose.

Any further updates for you? The GM that responded to my ticket had no clue.
his words were in the line of “I have not seen reports of this bug”

Just the one ticket response currently. Not sure if I’m allowed to post it here, so I’ll refrain from doing so, but it was a GM that replied directly and said they knew that this was going on.

well the one i had was like a AI response that said there is no issues…

Necro’ing this thread to say that this is still an issue and not fixed, hit 2.5k today and did not receive the stone or appearances.
