"Observing Battle" PvP quest is broken

I’ve got 2k+ honor today and it still hasn’t completed.

Ive probably gotten 3k today.
There is not even a tracker showing ?/1,500 just earn 1,500.

Now it’s showing that I’ve only earned 1108 honor, even though the 2 bgs I just won each gave 800, but, whatever.

I had this issue today. I completed a random epic battleground, the team won, but no honor was added to the question completion.
