Objectives UI and Can't move it much

Is anyone able to move the Objectives section (the quest tracker basically) to be back under the mini map in the top right? I have all my addons disabled and when I got to “Edit Mode” and try to move the Objectives to be below the map, the box is sooo dang tall that it won’t let me move it fully under the map and starts about half way down on the map. I try to keep pushing it down but the box highlights yellow and is super tall so it won’t let me push it down.

Yes, it’s called Edit Mode.

Then reduce the size.

I did hence my edit before you posted saying I just noticed you could reduce the height. No clue how I didn’t see it originally.
