Objective Tracker Frame not updating on only 1 character

The object tracker frame will update to my currently tracked quests, as well as nearby world quests when I first enter the zone or reload my UI, but then the tracker does not update.

That is, if I untrack a quest, the quest stayed in the objective tracker until I reload my UI. When a tracked quest (or world quest) is displayed in my objective tracker, the progress is not updated in the frame.

Example: If the objective is to kill 10 enemy mobs, after killing 5 of them, the objective tracker still displays 0/10 for that quest. After killing 10 enemy mobs, I am giving completion credit for the quest, however, the quest persist on the objective tracker until I reload my UI.

Another example:
I take a flight path to Nazmir
I pickup a few quests in the nearby hub
Quests are in my questlog and auto tracked (autoQuestWatch cvar = 1)
Objective tracker frame does not display the tracked quests
Reload UI
Objective tracker frame now displays tracked quests

This issue is unique to my Horde Druid.
I have verified the issue is not present on my Death Knight, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Hunter, or my Alliance Druid, spread over various servers.

Some of what I have tried to do to fix the issue:
Disable all addons
Delete all addons from wow directory (deleted WTF/Interface folders)
Scan/Repair game
Delete cache

Try this suggestion:

Have you tried resetting your UI to default?
Resetting the WoW User Interface

Note: disabling or deleting addons is not a reset. The UI can still be corrupted.

Thanks for the link. the console commands were able to fix whatever was tainted and my druid has been freed.

I have this same issue om my druid bizarre.
And Im kind of scared its going to take me a cpl days to put my ui back…
