Does disease even exist in the Warcraft universe? All we ever seen is people dying to enemies but never to a fatal disease.
Obesity is seen in Kul Tiran Humans but are they affected by heart disease? Also I don’t think any character in this game has been diagnosed with Cancer, does magic have a cure for it?
It’s a magical world so many things that would ail us IRL can be cured off.
