So there is a bug my guild has seen numerous times now on N’Zoth kills. A random number of players dont get ported to the chamber room in order to loot the end boss chest. This week that happened to me and I did not receive my malefic core because apparently it “must be looted” and GMs are saying I just have to do it all over again on a different difficulty or do another method aka vision clear to get it. How is it my problem that a bug prevented numerous people from looting the chest? Why is it that they cannot reemburse me the core that I was 100% eligible for? Please fix this bug so that the people who actually enjoy playing dont have to put in significant rework to get an item they should already have from killing final boss.
I had the same issue and I was told that a) I got no loot and b) because the malefic core is a quest item, it can’t be mailed.
