But back to the original premise of the topic, it all depends on your definition of what is good and what is evil. I’m sure that to N’Zoth it’s just a case of Manifest Destiny and that the strong(which he considers himself since he’s unfettered by weaknesses, such as ethics or morality) should triumph over the weak and that this is the natural order.
1.) Deathwing’s Cataclysm was his fault.
2.) He gave Xarius power in the Emerald Nightmare to kill us all.
3.) He intends to corrupt us all, to bend us to his will.
4.) He was created by the Void Lords, which tend to wipe all life in the universe.

Well actually the first living beings on Azeroth were the elements. Then the Void Lords cast the Old Gods into the universe and some landed on Azeroth.
