Gravemind is that you?
N’Zoth has just confirmed that the Light I.E. the Naaru Prime’s creator Elune(Tyrande has called her the Light in the stories tied to the War of Thorns) has sided with the true enemy… Who is apparently not the Light itself…
What sort of horror is the Main Villain of BfA?..
Why is anybody taking N’zoth’s, of all things, words as truth or something we should be worried about.
Considering, you know, the entire shtick of the Old Gods is to whisper half-truths into mortals minds and turn them to their side.
You forget what the Naaru did to AU Draenor… They were killing the land according to the Mag’har!
And the Mag’har, without even corruption this time, tried to enslave the planet, genocide their peaceful neighbors, and invade and destroy a universe that had nothing to do with them.
Maybe putting your faith in the words of an Old God isn’t the wisest.
It is someone writing it though. It’s not random babbling. It’s being written for a purpose. Blizzard is going to add foreshadowing to dialogue in particular.
For that matter, Old God minions have been telling us that N’zoth is breaking free for awhile now (a lot of it in Legion) and those certainly weren’t lies.
I mean, does anyone doubt “The fall of night reveals her true face. She will bring only ruin ”, isn’t referring to at least someone specifically?
I was about to get worried over this post.
Then I saw who posted it, and everything was fine.
don’t they also say sylvanas serves the true enemy
I’d wager the “True Enemy” is just whoever they happen to hate at the time.
It’s me, they hate my fluffiness
Not only that but they also say…
“This one is dangerous. She is a threat and must be ended. Beware this one… she seeks the death of all things… all possibilities. END her threat. Murder her! Murder her. Save yourself and murder her. Save the world and murder her”
“The fall of night” Elune, Tyrande? what?
Also for 3:12 it could be talking about cosmic powers and that one will consume them all,
The only cosmic forces that are left are Life and Death, right? Sylvanas representing Death and Tyrande representing life?
I would say they are talking about the cosmic powers since there are 6 of them right?
Ya but I thinking the one their talking about is the Void, with the old gods relation with the Void, I wouldn’t be I wouldn’t be surprised if they wanted the Void to win out.
Maybe they want life and death to come together at some point to ultimately defeat the void.
The old gods don’t whisper about their defeat, only what will lead to their victory. Yet if the void or old gods sounds scared or worried then that should be paid attention to.
Interesting, so like they did in that quote to Alleria about Sylv?
Yes and with another instances with Xal’atath.
- “Almost completely gone, as if it never existed. But the rift is deep and vast, and somewhere down there it stirs. Something has changed, the last prison weakens. We must prepare.”(interacting with the Remnant of the Void after defeating Xavius) - during this she sounded very calm and if mistaken worried during that point.
It was never the corruption that made the Orcs go to war and they were at war long before corrupting started to infect the Orcs.
It was always the threat of death and extinction that drove them to war. In the MU the Shaman were lied too by the Legion and thought the Draenei would bring their destruction. In the AU Garrosh showed Grom and the Elements a real threat but twisted what they saw so they supported the war.
