I don’t actually. I think it was the world with the corrupted World Soul that Sargeras smashed to bits. There are indications K’aresh is still (mostly) intact as the Ethereals seem to still inhabit it to some degree.
I would be immensely disappointed if the world I’ve wanted to see since TBC was just some rocks with a couple tents.
Draenor is described as the corpse of a dying God so it’s probably supposed to be Azathoth’s counterpart in the Cosmology only for the First Ones to come in and kill it before it could awaken forcing them to switch to waiting their awakening out so that they would have living beings on their awakened state.
Of course if Azeroth turns out to be Earth’s Moon than Draenor must be Earth itself in which case it already has life on it but won’t be joined by it’s Dream influences unless they cross over using Portals.
While Humanity might be tempted to kill 8 Eldritch Gods the idea that they could use them to acquire Magical Races that could spice up Reality would be too great to ignore(even if they fatally wounded the one on Earth itself) so while 6 are forced to churn out their Dreams into Human-made Pocket Universes the 7th is used to produce champions capable of killing the 7 Eldritch Beings themselves.
