I noticed this the other night. Some of my toons had the convert button, but one did not. Not sure if there’s a time requirement for how long the toon has been created on remix…
- Make sure you are on the same realm as the toon you wish to transfer.
- Remix toon have at least a 24 hour window in which they cannot be transferred to Retail from Creation time.

but i already clicked the ubtotn and now the button is gone

Not really. An hour investment into a toon in remix is easily replicated.
WHY?
You can easily get to 400% XP boost. Level to 20 via one or two dungeons, then Normal Raid, while doing Eternus Quests.
That is insane.
And also, if you are doing Retail gold, that is considered a bannable transaction.
That laziness is risking your account.

(I’m not ready to convert yet, but was indeed confused by the icon being greyed out with a tooltip that “character conversion unavailable in this realm”; thanks for pointing me in the right direction about this)
