Subject: Request for Hardcore Character Restoration Due to Server Issue (12:33 PM EST)
Hello,
We are requesting restoration of our Hardcore characters who died simultaneously due to a server-wide disconnect at approximately 12:33 PM EST. Based on what we experienced and reports from others, it appears the server was affected by a DDoS attack or similar outage.
Our deaths were not due to in-game circumstances but rather the unexpected server downtime, which prevented us from taking any action. We would appreciate it if our characters could be reviewed and restored, as this incident was entirely out of our control.
The names of those affected were Hcfrostbloom, Oprecht, and Vibowspamiii.
