Numbers/Percentage on XP bar

I have been thru every screen in the setup of the new UI and I did not find anyway to put numbers and/or percentage on the XP bar.

Anyone know how I can do it?

I think you can only mouseover the bar to see the raw experience numbers in the default user interface.
