I mean if people are sadistic they might choose LFR over the current system lol celestial gear is just LFR gear with the celestial tag on it. You can spend 8-10 hour+ queueing up for all of the LFR wings (maybe even longer if the groups are bad and cant clear it) and seeing no gear, OR you can spend that exact same time queueing for celestial dungeons and walk out with a full set of LFR gear. There might be a handful of people that would actually try to queue for LFR if they added it in right now, but if they added it in right this moment, there would currently be zero incentive for people to queue for it while celestials are still a thing.
