Hey, everyone!
For those who don’t know and don’t play in PVP mode I’ll explain, rogues can simply Sap 3 times in Nullifying Shroud and spell will dissipate.
I suggest for each full loss of control effect prevented by Nullifying Shroud, deal to enemy X damage and enter it in combat.

Have to use it once in combat and even then there are ways to basically make it useless. Mages can spell steal it, anything with a purge can remove it etc. I think its pretty strong as is and makes sense some stuff can counter it.
Sometimes this talent is very useful, but it happens when its effectiveness is reduced to 0, as you said above and there is no point in choosing it.
Just the nature of counters, sometimes nullifying shroud isn’t the best choice and sending it against a rogue while they are still stealthed means you probably wasted it unless the rogue has never fought an evoker before.
This is such a weird change designed to only try and counter rogue, who would still pop your null shroud with triple cheap shot because subterfuge lasts for 6 seconds
Yes, and I will just watch for 3 seconds (3 GCD) and wait until he annihilates me in next stunlock, also it would be good to deal to stealing mage damage instead of NS buff.
If you’re pre popping shroud just to stand around getting sapped 4 times without getting combat, yeah you probably would just sit there and watch for 3 seconds.
Yes this how NS works atm, but if it will damage rogue as I suggested after Sap and enter him in combat, in this case he will not be able to Sap again (because of combat) and stun you with CS or KS, because you will have 2 charges of NS, even if he will use 2 CS in a row you will have 2 sec to do something.
