It was over nerfed for pres - the button is on global and its tied to a strong heal and our only means of putting up lifebind and call of ysera - imagine fade being the only way to put up atonement. Its so bad for pres 
shroud is now just a worse fade and it being tied to our heal is so stupid

I was assured that it was an extreme buff and we’re going to rue the day.
It’s not really a nerf tho. The change makes Nullifying less annoying to deal with. Good evokers will know when it’s a good time to use it.
Good players will outplay it nearly every time. Sucks for Pres too because it’s connected to a major heal which you can’t really just spend willy nilly.

Its tied to our big heal and two huge buffs to keep our team mates alive, im not sure how a good evoker will be able to hold a large heal and its big buffs until they need to maybe avoid cc. will see though, cdew also went on a small tangent about how bad it is now
