this seemed to happen post server transfer, i have tried scanning and repairing, and deleting cache
orgrimmar has NPC’s and i can see other players fine
If you’ve started the Golden Lotus quest chain that you get when you’re exalted, this is intended. You’re returned to normal once you complete this quest chain.
I’m not sure why transferring seems to trigger hiding the NPCs at the shrines, rather than their going away on their own, but the NPCs not being there until you complete the chain is the behavior that I saw when I tested this on our reference client recently.
I may have dropped the quest. I need the name and where to pick it up.
