NPC singing a catchy song (toy name)?

Hey guys
So I heard this npc singing a catchy song during some random BGs preparation room, really curious on what it’s name. It’s not the singing sunflower. It sounded like a female voice, maybe a Vulpera? Can’t remember the lyrics now…help!
