npc Lyana Stardust is stuck in his enchanting position, which cause the quest “Delicate Enchantments” not start.

This has been reported constantly since at least late 2019. Blizzard is aware of it, and obviously doesn’t GAF enough to fix it.
This is still bugged. Blizz, please give this one a look. It’s been bugged since 2018.
