Where are they? Thought Blizzard said you can fulfill NPC crafting orders now.

I’m confused as well. They were in Beta and are on the PTR but for some reason they are disabled in live.

Are these in game now? I’ve read some posts about people getting them but I haven’t gotten any. I’m a LW and currently at 67 skill. Is there a minimum skill level you have to be at in order to get the NPC orders?

yeah, so they are only available above a certain skill threshold. I think like 60-75. But if you go to your crafting bench, click the crafting orders tab at the bottom, the npc ones are in the “Patrons” section.

There is currently a exploit in the game that people are utilizing these for i think and might need nerf/banning where they are using it to make gold off it somehow i forget exactly how but I know solheim posted a video recently on youtube regarding this.

I believe they wanted to limit crafting orders like this for a period of time up front but somehow forgot to remove some aspect of it from the game that is being used by these exploiters. I was only half paying attention so look his video up if you want the exact info.

I was hoping for NPC crafting orders too. Because if you aren’t the 1% who was able to dump a ton of gold into boosting profession to be able to craft 590 gear…… you are SOL.

I had early access but used it to explore the game, not focus on a profession. Now all I hear is “you can’t craft 590 gear”.

What does Blizzard expect players to do?

There were some up yesterday, but they’re gone today. Which is weird considering they all had listed durations of 3-7 days.

Logged in looking to complete the ones that i didn’t complete yesterday and they are all gone. What happened to them?

Yup, same here. Had two remaining from yesterday that I did not complete, but upon logging in today, they were both gone. Repeatedly relogged, reloaded, zoned in and out of the city, etc., nothing worked. As of now, there is effectively nothing I can do to further my crafting skill.

They are kind leaving us in the dark on this and the Crafting Order system is down. I’m guessing there were some shennanigan’s going on that they don’t want us to know about.
