The quests from the NPC ‘Celetiros’, which are flying missions from ‘Little Scales Daycare’, are bugged. If you try to apply for them, you go through 2 or 3 login screens, and after that, your character is transported to a random location on the map. I was transported to a place in the northwest of the map and ended up fatigued.

So far this still isn’t fixed. I will say when it finally does work, the game does auto flip me from Steady Flight to Sky Riding which makes me believe the game requires you to have it toggled on. But I’ve tried mounted, normal form, shapeshifted, Sky Riding, Steady Flight and un-mounted. It’s a weird bug, but I’m leaning toward you need to be normal form, Sky Riding and un-mounted.

I’ve got the same bug a few days ago, but it’s been three or four days that Celetiros doesn’t have any quest to give me. I was trying to get Taivan’s achievement and needed his quests for completion.

I can confirm this is not fixed yet. I’m still getting the same issue. I hope bliz fixes this.
