Serpent Riders in Jade Forest are floating without mount. Either they are hacking or the mount got bugged.
Sounds like this is a similar issue like HUGE mount bug: invisible mounts, able to interact - #133 by Cailinn-winterhoof that players are getting, except that it’s also happening to NPCs. Interesting. Though the NPCs there are not shown to be “swimming”, but standing.
