Nowhere to go in The Dawnbreaker dungeon

Trying to fight the final boss is ridiculous. They tell you to follow the skiff, but by the time you mount up, the skiff is gone and there is no marker to tell you where to go. Then you just randomly die while trying to find what to do next. If you land back on the Dawnbreaker, the skiff returns and then STAYS THERE, and you die again.

What is the point of this dungeon or this game? Time to delete it. Give me all my money back. I want a full refund.

Look for the bubbles in the sky and fly through them. They lead to the boss.

I left the dungeon and re-entered. There are no bubbles. I looked it up on YouTube to see what I was missing. It does not look the same. I cleared out all of my addons to no avail.
