No clue, and it’s confusing on wowhead where it says it’s no longer soulbound, but it is soulbound, so I can’t transfer the actual dress to Selosse.

Not too confusing.

There are 2 separate items; one of them (the non-soulbound) isn’t available anymore.

Also, yes, the dress is NOT moggable outside of the holiday… so keep it for RP if that’s your thing.
