And what would have the alliance done if all horde stopped queuing or left the game cause the wait time was insane? You would have been crying you can’t get any queues to pop. It’s a god damn game end of the day people want to play it. Get over yourself you child.

Honestly just offer free faction changes to ally servers that need pop boosts.

You do realize that the opposite effect is still very much a possibility ya? Alliance queues shooting up drastically because of an extreme lack of players, caused by massive mindless Horde bandwagoning, leading to being unable to actually fill teams. Your, and Blizzards, “solution” can very much lead to this very easily. The solution should always have been a method of balancing populations. Anything else 100% hurts the playerbase.

Let me know when that happens I’ll be waiting. You guys have the population to pvp but you don’t do it, maybe try to get more of your own faction aboard? Also a 10 minute queue compared to a 1 minute queue is not end of the world.
‘Leveled the field’? News alert: Horde was the dominant faction already. This is because the field was never even, and will never be even so long as the horde racials remain blatantly superior, which they are.
Yes, Alliance have perception, which is a top tier racial. However, that’s it.
Beyond that, every horde racial is superior to every other alliance racial in PvP.
If you want to make some pretense to a ‘level field’, you’d do well to stop being disingenuous, and you’d instead start by advocating for a buff to the Alliance’s (non-human) racials.
it is kinda funny forum alli are so bad or afk that the only answer is “give us more honor for free pl0x” meanwhile, every alli team im facing in game is competitive at minimum, beats our butts in some cases

Hm. We can do the math to see how this affects Horde.
If we assume that Horde went from a 45 minute queue to a 2 minute queue (I have intentionally chosen numbers that will reduce this calculated impact), and we assume that an average game takes 20 minutes, that would give us:
X average honor per game/65 minutes for original HPH
versus
X average honor per game/22 minutes for current HPH
Changing from a divisor of 65 to a divisor of 22 would be an increase of 295%.
So what I’m saying is: Blizzard, your change tripled the honor per hour for Horde but left Alliance the same. Alliance should get triple honor.

So, I"m not sure how this change had any impact on us. BGs have been the same as usual for me all weekend.

Your queues for WSG, AB, and EotS are all higher now as ally. AV hasn’t changed because it’s still horde vs alliance.
On my server both factions were even and ganked each other endlessly, that’s okay when it’s balanced faction. The problem was servers like Skeram
Who are the real losers? The lvl 51 rogue who can’t level in felwood, or the losers who endlessly 5v1’d lowbies for honor? That is why they released battlegrounds early, stop pretending it was primarily horde because it wasn’t.
Yes. In wrath when they buff alliance racials, and that won’t be for another 2 years and most of the PVP community of alliance will be horde by then.
Unless you already are in a PVP clique for arena on alliance, you will be forced to go horde for arena partners. That’s not a good thing and wanting to kill off faction population only kills the overall population of the game
There needs to be incentives to stay Alliance for competitive PVPers and it needs to be soon.
