That’s true but to me the lack of responses on feral are bringing me right back to the shadowlands beta, hopefully Blizz is just focusing on other classes right now but the fact that people are posting whole manifestos and not getting any response is super worrying.
This system is much more refined than that.
We now have planned X.X.5 We Hear You™ patches.
And now they’re experimenting with X.X.7 Look, we can recolor dungeons and raids™ patches.
I do agree there has been quite a disparity between certain classes and attention being paid.
No clue how they work out which one to work on when.
But hopefully they will get around to all of them.
Two things:
-
No timegating. Season 3 and zereth Mortis had horrible timegates on crucial features. Double legendary, flying, and creation catalyst were held up for no reason and it made me very upset. I won’t be buying dragonflight if this disrespect for my time continues.
-
Horrible balancing/tuning of classes, raids, and dungeons. If SotfO and this new season of mythic+ dungeons taught me anything is that they treat the playerbase like Guinea pigs and don’t balance their content. Also last season we had destro locks doing twice the amount of damage as other classes and blizzard didn’t nerf them at all. I can’t be bothered to play the game if they can’t be bothered to care about it even a teeny bit. These last patch notes were a disgrace and they’re still trying to nerf destro locks because whoever designed their tier set had no idea what they were doing
Yeah the disparity has been an issue since even classic but these days I have a massive trigger finger over it because it happened a ton in BFA and shadowlands, especially with weird gear goings-on (looking at you, corruptions!)
Let’s see
Only 8 dungeons again, half of which are recycled for m+
Not redoing affix system
Not removing PI
Adding more single player externals
Not removing rune of power
Yea, I won’t be buying it at all to be honest
I have not pre ordered, in fact i have cancelled my sub. Im on the fence about coming back. Im happy with what they doing in DF for PvP. If i come back it will be for this reason.
As it stands right now;
i do not like what they plan to do with the Outlaw spec. (this is the main reason i unsubbed, i know its alpha, and i will keep watching, but when blizzard sets a course they rarely, if ever deviate much from that course even if they know it will sink them)
Also, If the only way to improve your toon is raid and M+ for PvE, then i dont really see the point.
I love raiding but hate M+ and raiding this expac has been incredibly unrewarding.
Its as if Blizzard expects you to run M+ even as someone who only wanted to raid, to supplement poor raid drops. (my tin foil hate tells me this was done on purpose to increase played metrics for M+)
If you get stuck on a raid boss and extend your lockout but still fail to kill that boss (stupid anduin) then you dont even get a vault drop. You have to go run a M+ for a chance at loot that week. Because there is nothing you can do by yourself to improve your toon in preparation for next weeks raid.
I know BfA gets a lot of hate, but there were a lot more options for character improvement than SL offered (korthia being the exception). So far it doesnt look like DF will offer that. (but ill keep watching the updates.)
Now now Blizzard does listen. However, they listen like a Narc Soccer Mom. If they idea involves them thinking deeply and making long standing changes it is never heard. All changes must always involve making things easier for them in the long run. If the idea involves a quick cheap fix that will make you smile, they will dangle it above your head to ensure your good behavior. If you want junk food like systems, they will re-make it in stuff the deem “healthy” for you.
Blizzard can change like any Super Narc Soccer Mom… However, the catalyst for said change has to be of equal explosive value as the remove the concrete the ideas are stuck in. So, a massive Nuke might be able to handle it.
I don’t pre-order on principle but that doesn’t mean im not watching the progress, worst case scenario i’m not satisfied and I play something else.
Enjoy your dose of internet clout my dude.

and all the knights worship at their feet screeching at us about how great blizzard listens to players. lmao
IF they were actually listening, this pattern wouldnt be happening every expansion.
That’s interesting what don’t you like about the outlaw changes? I occasionally log on to retail just to play my outlaw rogue because its so snappy. I’d love to hear a review from someone who actually plays retail for more than a few minutes at a time.
I like what they are doing, it’s not for everyone but neither is the spec.
Blizzard has in mind the specs they want for M+ and Outlaw just happens to be one of them.
If you look at the classes and how they are being setup, you can see who is being planned for M+ and who is gonna ride the bench.
Fury warrior is another one that screams M+.
That’ll happen if you try to please everyone
I haven’t played wow for a bit over half a year or something by now and I am not missing it. It took bfa and shadowlands to really make me dislike the game. Good job blizzard!
I’m extremely skeptical toward dragonflight. They might have pushed me over the edge to where I just don’t care about wow any more.
Then the players are idiots for falling for it every season.
I think most of us keep expecting their “we’re listening” line to actually end up being true.
Theyve run off millions of paying customers over the years. Those who remain evidently have a bit more patience/tolerance.
We’ll see how long it lasts.
If it only lasts one expansion I agree its nothing more than artifact trees again. I don’t see that happening though as they are moving a lot of our kit into talent selections. This seems to be a permanent move.
So what does that make you or OP?
lol…not gonna do this trolling thing with you guy…byebye
“Youre trolling because you used my logic against me.”
Every. Single. Time.
So are you the white knight or the hapless sucker still paying for a product?
