WoW fairies exist, but they are tiny so we can’t see them. The Faerie Fire Fairies are just a mirrored pair of 1-pixel wide lines with butterfly wings.
That’s just wrong. Everybody loves fairies. Let us see your faeries, Blizzard!
Here’s how you right this wrong:
Take the butterfly model and remove it’s head.
Now take the Dryad model and remove the deer parts.
Now connect the remaining Dryad parts to the remaining butterfly parts.
Done. WoW Fairie successfully created!

May not be a bad thing. Some fairies throughout history are downright viscous. Leanhaum-Shee’s, Fachan’s, and Sluagh’s come to mind.

Edgy lords don’t like fairies!
Their crying, if it occurs to Blizzard to think about creating fairies, will be of biblical proportions!
And I anticipate that fairies would be an allied race of the horde!
The ally would receive fungari!
The edgy edge lords will just have to deal with it! We got unicorns, and rainbow generator toys. I don’t see how fairies could be all that worse.

Butterflies are also know to drink blood. I must say I am super creeped out by these “fairies”.

I think WoW Fairies are like the ones in Labyrinth.
They bite.
Not really. They just do things like preventing stealth and invisibility, slowing your movement speed and stopping you from using weapons and shield lol
Likely through biting.
They are also the reason behind daze. Every time some gets dazed a fairy is born.
