It’s wonderful that you can now queue on the go…
However if you take the queue while flying, you will be zoned back into the world and plummet to your death 100% of the time. It doesn’t even matter if you mount back up on your flying mount before the match ends, it auto dismounts you.
But it’s ok if players don’t know where the BG portals are?

Wow your dungeon groups sound terrible. I’m my HMGT last night we discussed the intricacies of contemporary art and followed up with jokes and raid shadow legends and new discoveries from the James Webb telescope. I friended two of em after. Different communities for different servers I guess.
I seriously do not know where you get this where my dungeon groups are terrible from.
Thats all from my experience, barely anyone talks just like in RDF and it seems you have selective memory.

As it should be but wow Blizzard you just can’t make up your mind can you? Now put RDF and Raid Finder back in and stop messing with the game mechanics and changing stuff. I can live with WG as a cross realm instance though as that actually makes sense with all the imbalanced realms we have today.
In Vanilla you actually did have to go to the BG entrance.
Or it was flying. Or battlemasters. Or heirlooms. Or . . .

The problem is, I could be on one side of the map and get invited to a dungeon on the other side and have to travel all the way over there.
Better just to stay central.
Again, this is a you problem. I’m not sure why you’re attempting to absolute min/max travel time to any possible dungeon you’re queued for – it’s not a race. You’re placing arbitrary restrictions on yourself and then demanding the game change to alleviate them, hence my first line in my initial reply to you:
Stop punching yourself.

Repeating a phrase I used does not a counterpoint make. I don’t really understand what you’re trying to accomplish with this random, tangential raving that is completely irrelevant to my reply.
That being said:
An individual player is not ENTITLED to force themselves on a player or group of players, regardless of reason, good or bad. This is not a kindergarten class. If a group wants to optimize based on speed, then they may choose to only use meta AoE classes. Thankfully, not everyone thinks this way, and it’s easy enough to make your own group if you find that to be a recurring issue for you. It’s not Blizzard’s job to ‘assign seats’ at random to ensure that Glue Eater #41 gets carried by 4 other unwilling participants.
Edit: And I also don’t know why you pretend RDF would fix this issue – vote kicks to remove players based of prejudice was always an issue with RDF.
because ive very rarely had issue with rdf that was in wrath, but have rarely not had issue with the current hot garbage they call LFG.
