In order I’ve recently read:
" Rise of the Horse"
" The Last Guardian"
“Tide of Darkness”
" Beyond the Dark Portal" (currently finishing)
I’ve read several things suggesting the next book chronologically, but was looking for newer suggestions. From wowpedia they have Warcraft books and world of Warcraft books listed separately, but seem to overlap some as far as timeline goes.
Here’s the best Chronological ordering I know.

Actually this works well. Suggestions we’re just for chronological order. This is more helpful than the other lists I’ve seen. And it has the short stories in it which is nice. Thanks a bunch.
Illidan Novel. William King is the only person to do the Warcraft Universe any kind of justice since like Cata.

Since Cata? Illidan was the first and only novel he’s written for WoW.
I think they mean nobody’s done it justice since Cata, not that he only did WoW justice in Cata and then Illidan.
Then they’re clearly ignoring both The Shattering and Shadows of the Horde.
That doesn’t negate my statement. He’s the freshest writer for the WoW universe and the only one to not do something demonstrably stupid with it since Cata.
Please tell me what was demonstratably stupid in Shadows of the Horde?
Can’t say I’ve read Shadows of the Horde. I really only pay attention to what matters. Night Elves.
So how can you make a statement like that if you havent actually read all the books other than Night elf stuff since Cata?
Because if it’s not Night Elf stuff it doesn’t matter.
