Nov 4th: The Mountain Dew Promo Starts!

Luckily it extends to Doritos too. So if you hate Mountain Dew, or don’t have a friend or frienemy you can give it to, get the Doritos! You can also get codes from their Rockstar Energy Drink…but I’d definitely take Doritos over it too.

They’re both disgusting.

This.
Can’t a fruit company run a promotion instead of this obesity slop?

45g of sugar for a can for god sakes. I don’t consume that much in a day, maybe even a week.

The crazy/sad thing is that Mountain Dew is owned by Pepsi Co. Which also owns Aquafina and Quaker Oats Rice Crisp and granola bars.

But I guess they need to keep that “Gamer Fuel” skit going on.

Are there Zero/Diet versions of the new promotion flavors?

I want to participate but I cannot drink full sugar sodas due to health reasons. :frowning:

I bet my local grocery stores aren’t even stocked up on this stuff yet.

I wasn’t able to get those Trolli gummies for the worm pet, until a few weeks into the promotion.

Just by visiting the ‘redeem codes’ website, it looks like it can be any product from Mtn Dew, Doritos, or some energy drink in which I already forgot the brand lol.

In fact, here:

So, it looks like sugar-free and diet are indeed on the menu.

I don’t know who they’re catering to. But we’re all older now.

Coffee would have made more sense. Like Madrinas. They do gaming collabs all the time.

Doesn’t look like it. I wish they would though I do love occasionally indulging in a zero sugar A&W.

They are, as I’m sitting on 1000 points plus 12 other as-yet-unredeemed caps that all came from the Zero Sugar variants.

Damn, I should’ve started saving early ahah. Haven’t had any Dew in a minute, though.

And, I think the last one I had was a single can, so no code.

It seems to be the bottled ones only, or the large boxes of many cans.

I get Sodastream soda. Even the non-diet version only has like 12g for 1L (it uses some sucralose). Even the Pepsi and Mt Dew. In fact, they have a little less sugar than the generic Sodastream versions. So while definitely not sugar free, it has a LOT less sugar than regular soda.

Looks like Maui Burst is the drink to grind with.

The way the reward vault works allows you to bank points anyways. I’ve never seen it reset when the rewards rotate.

Honestly, a lot of the flavors look good to me lol.

Baja Blast was always my ‘go-to’ favorite though, love the sparkling pool water.

And it’s Taco Bell’s special drink at their fountains, due to a deal they made- I think they’re the only restaurant that serves it like that.

According to the promo site the Diet Mtn Dew, and Zero Sugar Mtn Dew and Zero Sugar Baja Blast will have codes. All the other new flavors are left out.

Push comes to shove, give the drink to a bud while keeping the code yourself. Or just leave it in the employee refrigerator and watch it magically disappear by the end of your shift.

plenty of people drink it. Obviously.

Yeah there’s lots of great alternatives to drinking the full sugar versions these days. In a lot of ways it’s the easiest time in the world to be thin. You can buy ice cream that’s 300 calories a pint and zero sugar soda everywhere now. People just love the real stuff I guess.

I remember Baja from back the day, but I honestly don’t remember how it taste. And I’m not a big mtn dew fan, but some of the flavors do look tempting.

I’m just glad there’s plenty of options to choose from besides the original. I really don’t like original dew.

They are marketing to the mtx crowd which is ages 11-14. You have long been pushed aside.
