Watching someone with the same spec as you do less damage then you in a raid and then rolling a 96 on the trinkit only to be beat by said same spec who already has the trinkit at 7/8 and is likely just gonna disinchant the darn thing or sell it for loot. Bring back personal loot, @#$! this.
Gets even better when their 10-20ilvls higher then you.

Loot is irrelevant anyway, next patch it’s become useless 
Personal loot still wouldn’t fix this, the exact same scenario would happen, except the rolling is hidden behind the curtain.
What needs to happen to resolve the issue is get rid of as many reasons it happens in the first place, for example: make T-mog roll choice guarantee everyone that uses it gets the transmog but forfeit getting the item.
That at least feels better instead of knowing I was robbed by a neck beared in his mom’s basement who would rather disinchant the thing then give it to someone who actually needs it.
