There was a bug that was deleting things from guild banks. They claim to have fixed the bug and consider the matter resolved. That resolution includes absolutely no restoration or compensation for any of the untold tens of thousands of guilds affected by said bug. The GMs can’t fix anything, the devs won’t help, there is no customer support, you won’t even get an apology. All you may see is your thread here get moved into general discussion megathread pit (aka The Maw) where they’ve been throwing all of us. At least you’re not alone.

If this just happened today i would edit your title in a way that they know its a new issue. There was a launch issue that caused some people to lose items that was said to be fixed.
Nothing has been “fixed”. A lot of us are still missing our guild bank inventory from months ago… and we are waiting for a response on that.
It’s as fixed as it’s going to be.
Opening bug reports won’t change that.
